By Benjamin Horney (November 7, 2016, 5:12 PM EST) -- CBS Corp. has tapped Moelis & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to advise as it mulls a merger with Viacom Inc., The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday. According to the report, Viacom's management has no plans to hire more financial or legal advisers. Viacom is working with Morgan Stanley, Allen & Co. and LionTree LLC, with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP serving as legal counsel. The companies confirmed that they were in talks to merge last month.
