Women Lawyers Happier Outside BigLaw: Survey

Law360, New York (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Despite making more money, women attorneys at large law firms are generally more dissatisfied than their judge, in-house counsel, professor and government counterparts, according to a survey released by a Philadelphia-based attorney.

Phyllis Horn Epstein, a partner at Epstein Shapiro & Epstein PC, conducted the survey by sending out questionnaires to women of the Philadelphia Bar Association, receiving 562 responses.
