Dow Seeks To Limit Wachtell's Role In Merger Fight

Law360, New York (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dow Chemical Co. has asked a Delaware court to disqualify Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz from performing some discovery and cross-examination work for Rohm and Haas Co. in its bid to force the closure of the $18.8 billion combination of the two companies because the law firm worked for the chemical giant on a previous merger deal.
