AGs Probe Ticketmaster Over Springsteen Ticket Flap

Law360, New York (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Attorneys general from New Jersey and Connecticut are investigating Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. after fans unable to buy Bruce Springsteen tickets online were redirected to the company's resale subsidiary to purchase them for hundreds of dollars more.

Scores of fans complained for being redirected to TicketsNow.com shortly after the tickets went on sale Monday for Springsteen's upcoming shows in East Rutherford, N.J., in May, part of his “Working On a Dream” tour.
