Oneida Prevails In $6.3M Spat With Investment Firm

Law360, New York (February 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy court has rebuffed Peter J. Solomon Co. LP's efforts to collect more than $6 million in fees the firm claimed it was owed because Oneida Ltd. didn't send a written notice of termination before using another financial adviser just prior to the flatware maker's 2006 Chapter 11 filing.
