O'Melveny Scores DOJ, Homeland Security Vet

Law360, New York (February 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former homeland security adviser to President George W. Bush and longtime U.S. Department of Justice veteran Kenneth L. Wainstein has made his foray into private practice, joining O'Melveny & Myers LLP's white collar defense and corporate investigations practice.

Wainstein has joined O'Melveny and Myers as a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office, where he will start April 1.
