Attorney Sentenced To 33 Months For Conspiracy

Law360, New York (August 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Department of Justice has sentenced an attorney to nearly three years in prison for his role in a kickback scheme involving a fast food chain.

A judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico sentenced Eugenio A. Guardiola Ramirez to 33 months in prison, 120 hours of community service, and three years of supervised release.
