Wachtell Fights To Keep Rohm Over Dow's Protests

Law360, New York (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the battle over Dow Chemical Co.'s refusal to close on an $18.8 billion acquisition of Rohm and Haas Co., Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz has argued that Dow waited too long to object to the firm's role in the case and added that its 2007 work for Dow doesn't conflict with its current representation of Rohm and Haas.
