Keystone Drops Wireless Patent Suit Against Sirius XM

Law360, New York (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Keystone Autonics Inc. on Monday dropped its lawsuit against Sirius XM Radio Inc. over a patent for wireless signal technology after a January claims construction ruling that narrowed the definitions for the patent in question and limited the claims Keystone could make.

Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off on Keystone Autonic's stipulation Tuesday, dismissing the case with prejudice.
