Judge Keeps FLSA Claims Against McDonald's Alive

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dealt a blow to McDonald's Corp. in its bid to dismiss federal overtime claims brought by a group of Missouri employees.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Charles Shaw ruled in favor of plaintiffs Amy Doyel, Michael Doyel, Alex Prodes and Dan Pryor on their Fair Labor Standards Act claims but dismissing their allegations regarding violations of the state's minimum wage law.
