Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson To Square Off In Court In June 2005

Law360, New York (February 1, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson will face off in court in June 2005 in their litigation over the lucrative market for drug-eluting stents.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has scheduled a trial for June 2005 in the ongoing lawsuits between Boston Scientific and Cordis Corporation, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, according to Boston Scientific.
