SkyWi Antitrust Suit Against Qwest Moves To Colo.

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Broadband Internet service provider SkyWi’s antitrust case against Qwest Corp. over alleged disconnection of customers and other anti-competitive tactics will continue despite an attempt by Qwest to have the suit dismissed, a federal judge has ruled, however the case will be transferred to a different federal court.
