Travelers Told To Reveal Reserves In Katrina Suit

Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America to provide reserve information, but not reinsurance information, requested by a New Orleans supplier of video poker machines, pool tables and other entertainment products that alleges the insurer engaged in bad faith tactics in handling millions of dollars in Hurricane Katrina claims.
