Md. Asks FERC To Reconsider 'Rushed' LNG Project

Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The state of Maryland has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to rescind its approval of the controversial AES Sparrows Point LNG Terminal and Mid-Atlantic Express Pipeline Project, claiming the project was rushed through at the eleventh hour of the Bush administration and violates seven environmental laws.
