Oracle, Class Seek Final OK Of $1.1M Deal In OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Oracle Corp. and a class of plaintiffs have sought final approval to settle a lawsuit in which contracts and license workers accuse the software giant of failing to pay them overtime.

The parties filed a motion Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California jointly seeking final approval of a settlement reached after discovery, depositions and mediation.
