Court OKs Lehman Examiner's Plan

Law360, New York (February 19, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has approved the work plan submitted by the examiner in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., which calls for a final report in nine months and projects a cost of $23 million.
