Alaska Sen. Pushes Slant Drilling In ANWR

Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, said Thursday that she plans to introduce legislation that would permit oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge using only directional drilling techniques, which she said would not be detrimental to the environment.
