Solicitor General Asked To File Briefs In 9/11 Case

Law360, New York (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- As it considers whether to take up a case against Saudi Arabia and a group of Saudi entities pursued on behalf of thousands of victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, including insurance companies, the U.S. Supreme Court has asked the solicitor general to weigh in.
