Conductors Union Suit V. CSX Sent To Arbitration

Law360, New York (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered CSX Transportation Inc. and a union representing its conductors to enter arbitration in a dispute over how temporary vacancies are filled when freight train conductors are unavailable to carry out their regular assignments.
