Stimulus Money Could Avert Cleantech Ch. 11s: PwC

Law360, New York (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Swift disbursement of government stimulus money — ideally in the first half of 2009 — is needed to prop up stalled wind, solar and other clean technology projects and to prevent a wave of potential bankruptcies, according to a report released this month by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
