Law360, New York (February 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday granted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's request for a temporary restraining order and asset freeze on a New York hedge fund manager charged with taking more than $13 million in “loans” from the fund in order to finance a lavish lifestyle.
