LOOP Requests Class Rep Role In Marine Hose MDL

Law360, New York (February 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Louisiana Offshore Oil Port Inc., which offloads crude oil from tankers and transports it to refineries, has asked a judge to name it class representative plaintiff in the multidistrict litigation that alleges price-fixing in the marine hose industry.
