Stryker Tries To Quash Antitrust Class Actions

Law360, New York (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Aiming to kill off two suits in one blow, medical device maker Stryker Corp. has asked a federal judge to throw out putative class actions filed by two California hip implant recipients who lodged antitrust claims against the company over allegations that it paid kickbacks to surgeons.
