Morgan Lewis Hires DOJ's Top Environmental Lawyer

Law360, New York (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP announced Monday that it has hired Ronald J. Tenpas, former assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division, to join its litigation practice in Washington, D.C.

Tenpas will work on a wide range of environmental matters, including counseling and litigation in connection with new government climate change rules, the firm said. He will also work on cases involving environmental, health care and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.
