High Court To Weigh Ledbetter Law In Suit V. AT&T

Law360, New York (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has approved a request by a group of female AT&T Corp. employees to consider the implications to their pay discrimination case of the recently enacted Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, a law that expressly overturns an earlier high court ruling that narrowed the statute of limitations on pay bias claims.
