Obama Nominates Genachowski To Head FCC

Law360, New York (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- President Obama on Tuesday nominated technology adviser, venture capitalist and former agency official Julius Genachowski to head the Federal Communications Commission.

Genachowski, one of Obama's top fundraisers and a law school friend, had been Obama's expected pick after leaks from Obama associates in January.
