University Sues To Wrest Control Of Hospital From Tenet

Law360, New York (August 22, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- The University of Southern California has filed a lawsuit seeking to wrest control of the university’s hospital from a Tenet Healthcare Corp. subsidiary, claiming that damage to Tenet’s reputation and finances have compromised its ability to run the hospital.
