Law360, New York (March 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Creditors for Kimball Hill Inc. have endorsed the bankrupt homebuilder’s plan of liquidation, clearing the stage for the plan’s confirmation hearing Monday.
On Wednesday, Kimball urged Judge Susan Pierson Sonderby of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois to confirm the plan, noting foursquare support for the plan among the prepetition senior secured lenders and the official committee of unsecured creditors.
