Merger Gives Cooley Godward A New York Presence

Law360, New York (August 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cooley Godward LLP announced Tuesday that it is merging with New York litigation firm Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP, forming a 550-attorney law firm—Cooley Godward Kronish LLP—with a strong intellectual property practice.

The new firm, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, stands to give one of the top West Coast IP practices a national presence and a strengthened litigation group to complement it.
