Firm Merger Will Bolster Cooley’s Securities Practice

Law360, New York (August 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move that will create a strong white-collar crime and securities practice and a New York presence for Cooley Godward LLP, the firm announced on Tuesday that it is merging with New York litigation firm Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP.

The move will form the 550-attorney law firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP.
