Former Brobeck Chairman Joins Howard Rice

Law360, New York (March 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Veteran securities lawyer and former chairman of failed firm Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP Tower C. Snow Jr. has returned to legal practice as a director at San Francisco-based Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin PC.

Snow chose to return to full-time law practice after years as a consultant because “I wanted to write that proverbial last chapter for my career,” he told Law360.
