US Charges 2 Men In KBR Nigerian Bribe Case

Law360, New York (March 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has charged two British men, including a lawyer, with helping steer $132 million in bribes from former Halliburton Co. subsidiary KBR Inc. to the Nigerian government in order to obtain $6 billion in contracts for KBR to build liquefied natural gas facilities in the country.
