Feds, Ore. Create Tool For Identifying CWA Waters

Law360, New York (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the wake of a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in 2006 over the Clean Water Act, the state of Oregon and two federal regulators have created a scientific method to identify Oregon waters that are subject to regulation under that law.

On Friday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Oregon Department of State Lands released the Oregon Streamflow Duration Assessment Method.
