Law360, New York (March 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed an insurance coverage dispute between underwriters from Lloyd's of London and a subsidiary of Consol Energy Inc. after determining the claims belonged in state court.
Judge Karen K. Caldwell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky on Friday agreed with Consol of Kentucky Inc. that Lloyd's of London's declaratory judgment suit should proceed in the court where the underlying litigation was filed.
