Madoff To Cop To Charges Without Plea Deal

Law360, New York (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Facing up to 150 years in prison and $177 million in criminal forfeitures, and despite the absence of a plea agreement, disgraced financier Bernard L. Madoff is expected to plead guilty later this week to the 11 counts of securities fraud he was charged with Tuesday.
