Dannon, Marketer Face Conditional Class In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has certified a conditional class of full-time retail representatives in an overtime wage suit against The Dannon Company Inc. and marketing services provider Crossmark Inc. in order to determine whether the unpaid wages were the result of a computer glitch, but declined to certify a broader class.
