Law360, New York (March 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Reddy Ice Holdings Inc. spent more than $15.5 million in 2008 on antitrust litigation and criminal and civil investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust and Civil Fraud Divisions and various state attorney generals, the packaged ice seller disclosed Tuesday.

Reddy Ice also acknowledged an informal SEC investigation and numerous putative class actions pending against the company and some of its current and former directors and officers, as well as other packaged ice producers, alleging violations of federal and state antitrust and security laws....
