Perdue Must Face Donning, Doffing Claims

Law360, New York (March 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has preserved the lion's share of plaintiffs' claims in a collective action accusing Perdue Farms Inc. of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to compensate employees for time spent donning and doffing job-specific equipment.
