Strip Club Worker Accused Of Poaching Clientele

Law360, New York (March 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Strip-club chain Penthouse Club has sued one of its former directors, accusing him of violating a noncompete agreement by using confidential information to recruit customers and exotic dancers for a rival club where he now works.

IRC LP, which runs a chain of adult clubs under the name Penthouse Club, filed the lawsuit against Michael McLean, former director of the Penthouse Club in Sauget, Ill., on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
