Del. Fails To Block FERC Approval Of LNG Terminal

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delaware's environmental regulator has lost its bid to block the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's preliminary approval of plans for a liquefied natural gas import terminal on the Delaware River, but was found to still have the authority to reject any natural gas projects affecting state coastal areas.
