Avery Loses Injunction Bid In RFID Patent Feud

Law360, New York (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Avery Dennison Corp.’s attempt to stop a competitor from using a certain machine and method to produce radio frequency identification inlays during the pendency of their patent dispute.
