Tribune Sues Warren Beatty Over Dick Tracy Rights

Law360, New York (March 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A subsidiary of bankrupt media giant Tribune Co. has filed an adversary case against actor Warren Beatty, asking the court overseeing its Chapter 11 proceedings to declare that the company, and not Beatty, owns the television and movie rights to iconic detective character Dick Tracy.
