Law360, New York (August 29, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bookstore giant Barnes & Noble Inc. disclosed on Tuesday that it has received a subpoena seeking documents regarding its stock option practices from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
In its regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, New York-based Barnes & Noble said that it received the subpoena on August 25.
