Obama Taps Legal Experts For Labor, Interior Posts

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Among several nominees for key administration posts, President Obama has announced his intention to nominate the former counsel for a congressional labor panel to a top post at the U.S. Department of Labor and the former chief counsel for New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson as solicitor at the U.S. Department of the Interior.
