Dancer, Printers Settle With SEC Over Trading Scam

Law360, New York (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A New York dancer and two printing plant workers have reached settlements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over their involvement in a $6.7 million insider trading ring that saw the jailing of three Wall Street analysts.

The trio — plant workers Juan Renterian and Nickolaus Shuster and 24-year-old dancer Monica Vujovic — did not admit to the SEC's charges but have consented to final judgments that permanently enjoin them from further securities law violations.
