Law360, New York (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has become the latest jurisdiction to propose a set of local patent rules in order to streamline the process and allow for greater predictability and planning.
The rules were proposed March 19, and they are now subject to a public comment period.
