Execs Get Decades For National Century Fraud

Law360, New York (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has sentenced two former executives of collapsed health care financing company National Century Financial Enterprises, including one who is currently a fugitive, to decades in prison for their role in a $2.8 billion fraud scheme.
