Abercrombie Plaintiff Seeks Recusal In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The plaintiff’s counsel in a putative class action against Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. has challenged the bench, claiming the federal judge appointed to the case finds workers’ Fair Labor Standards Act claims “a nuisance” and is incapable of administering justice.
