Bill Aims To Pump Up Tax Credit For Biofuel Upgrades

Law360, New York (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A South Dakota congresswoman has proposed offering bigger tax breaks to fuel providers offering ethanol and biodiesel blends and increasing the maximum amount of credit relief they can claim in legislation backed by a wide-ranging coalition of ethanol producers, users and advocates.
