Cox To Testify At Senate Options Hearing

Law360, New York (August 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox is scheduled to testify next week at a hearing on stock option backdating.

The banking committee hearing was announced on Wednesday and is scheduled at the same time as a Senate Finance Committee hearing on the topic. It will take place in front of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.
